- 4- <br /> <br /> Do ZONE 7 agrees to allow CITY to design, <br />undergrounding of electrical service to Well No. <br />ZONE 7 agrees to do the following: <br /> <br />administer and construct the <br />4. In furtherance thereof, <br /> <br />1. Review and approve plans and specifications for the electrical <br /> service to Well No. 4. <br /> <br />2. Inspect the construction as required unless this function is <br /> delegated to CITY. <br /> <br />Pay the CITY, upon billing, for the full cost (100%) of design <br />and construction of the electrical service to Well No. 4 from the <br />Project's transformer to the well site. Design costs to be based <br />upon Exhibit "B" and construction costs based upon final total <br />payment to contract for this item. Bids for the above work shall <br />be submitted to ZONE 7 for approval by its General Manager prior <br />to award of construction contract. <br /> <br /> E. ZONE 7 agrees to allow CITY to design, administer, and construct a <br />service road for vehicular travel, approximately 10 feet wide by 800 feet long, <br />located between Parkside Drive and Well No. 4 as shown on Exhibit "A". ZONE 7 <br />shall pay the CITY, upon billing, for one-half the cost of design and construction <br />of said service road. Design costs shall be based on Exhibit "B" and construction <br />cost shall be based on final total payment to contractor for this item. Bids <br />for above work shall be submitted to ZONE 7 for approval by its General Manager <br /> <br />prior to award of construction contract. <br /> <br /> <br />
