ZONE 7 agrees to allow CITY to administer and construct all work <br />associated with the dredging and removal of material from the Arroyo Mocho. <br />In furtherance thereof, ZONE 7 agrees to do the following: <br /> <br />Submit to CITY for incorporation into Project the design <br />plans and specifications for the dredging and removal of <br />material from the Arroyo Mocho. <br /> <br />2. Inspect the construction as required unless this function <br /> is delegated to CITY. <br /> <br />Pay the CITY, upon billing, for the full cost (100%) of <br />removal of the material from the Arroyo Mocho. Bids for the <br />above work shall he submitted to ZONE 7 for approval by its <br />General Manager pr$or to award of construction contract, <br /> <br />Costs will be based upon the final total payment to contractor <br />for this item. <br /> <br /> C. ZONE 7 agrees to pay the CITY, upon billing, for 100% design and <br />construction of sealing Well No. 3 and Well No. 5. Well No. 5 is a ZONE 7 <br />facility located approximately 750 feet northeasterly of Well No. 4. Design <br />costs to be based on Exhibit "B" and construction costs based on final total <br />payment to contractor for this item. Bids for the above work shall be submitted <br />to ZONE 7 for approval by its General Manager prior to award of construction <br /> <br />contract. <br /> <br /> <br />
