If award of construction contract is delayed for more than three (3) months <br />after CONSULTANT'S submission o_*. workh~g drawings and specifications and <br />esthnates, CiTY sh.:dl have the optjob to: <br /> <br />a. increase the cons~.ruction budget; or <br /> <br />Authorize CONSULTANT to furnish additional alternate bid items, <br />CONSULTANT'S compensation for which shall be on an Extra ~Vork <br />basis~ or <br /> <br />Authorize CONSULTANT to redesign to bring PRO3ECT within the <br />budget, CONSULTANT'S compensation for which shall be on an <br />Extra Work basis. <br /> <br />Both options (b) and (c) above shall be considered Extra %Vork and paid for on a <br />Time-and-Materials basis in accordance with Section I.D. <br /> <br />V. TIME OF CO,V~PLET1ON <br /> <br />All work described in Section I.A shall be completed within sixty (69) days from <br />the date oi execution oi this agreement. <br /> <br />All work described in Section I.B shall be completed within one hundred twenty <br />(120) days from the date of approval of I.A work by CITY~ plus extensions Ior <br />delays beyond control of CONSULTANT. <br /> <br />All work described in Section l.C shall be completed within the period allowed <br />for completion ol the construction contract. <br /> <br />VI. ATTENDANCE AT MEETINGS <br /> <br />A representative of CONSULTANT shall attend all meetings related to the <br />PRO3ECT where his attendance is requested by CITY. <br /> <br /> <br />
