Department Responsibilities and Services <br /> <br />The City's responsibility will be to make recreational <br />and park facilities available for the purpose for which <br />the organization is formed without cost or at the lowest <br />cost feasible considering the use. <br /> <br />Use of certain equipment and materials. <br /> <br />Staff services on a limited basis. <br /> <br />*Charges for such services at the discretion <br /> of the City Council, after review and recommen- <br /> dation. Of the Park and' Recreation Commission. <br /> <br />IV. Requirements and Privileges for Sanctioned Status <br /> <br />A. Requirements for Qualifications <br /> <br />Be organized to provide a worthwhile recreation <br />activity for a special interest group, for any age <br />group, but does not reach as wide a segment <br />of the community as to programs qualifying for <br />co-sponsored status. <br /> <br />File with the Director of Recreation and Human <br />Resources the groups Bylaws and/or Constitution, <br />submitting changes as they occur. <br /> <br />Comply in intent and operation with all policies, <br />regulations, and rules of the Department of <br />Recreation and Human Resources or the facilities <br />being used. <br /> <br />Submit an annual enrollment report on forms <br />provided by the department. <br /> <br />File with the department, addresses and phone numbers <br />of all officers semi-annually (August 1 and <br />February 1) on forms provided by the department. <br /> <br />Comply with all rules and regulations related to the <br />facility being used. <br /> <br />The insurance requirements referred to in I. F. shall be <br />complied with. <br /> <br />Provide sufficient information to the City to assure <br />non-profit status. <br /> <br />Keep the Director of Recreation and Human Resources or <br />his/her designated representative informed of general <br />program and special events. <br /> <br /> <br />
