The annual budget and year-end financial statement are to be submitted to t~e Director of Recreation and Human Resources on a reguflar basis as to coincide with the budget year of the co-sponsored organization. The financial records of the co-sponsored organization (to the extent of any revenues derived from the co-sponsored activity) shall be open to the City and any persons paying fees to participate in the co-sponsored activity. 11. 75% o~ the membership of the group is to be com- prised of residents of the City of Pleasanton. Require all program participants to provide verifi- cation of accident insurance coverage or to file a properly signed document holding the City of Pleasanton, its agents and/or employees, harmless in case of an accident, 13. Examples and Description of Co-Sponsored Groups These groups will be such as to provide recreation programs that satisfy a broad need in one or more activity areas. To qualify for this type of sponsorship, a group's proO-ram sho~ld be such that it appeals to significa~t number of persons within the community. Higher emphasis wilt be placed upon programs which satisfy a broad recreation need and thereby assisting the Cit]~ ~n the development of a well balanced recreation program. Groups of this nature might. be Little League Baseball, Pleasanton Girls' Soccer Association, etc.
