Examples of these types of groups <br />would be service clubs, homeowner organizations, edu- <br />cational or non-profit social service groups. <br /> <br />Private and Commercial Use - Required to pay current <br />fee and rental charges as established by the Park and <br />Recreation Commission and City Council on a periodic <br />basis. Resident applications to be given priority <br />over non-resident applications. <br /> <br />III. Requirements and Privileges for Co-Sponsored Status <br /> <br />A. Requirement of Qualification <br /> <br />Be organized to serve a worthwhile Community <br />Leisure Opportunities purpose. <br /> <br />Unless special criteria applies, these groups are to <br />be limited to groups whose program serves a broad <br />segment of the general population of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Be incorporated through the State of California as a <br />non-profit corporation or provide sufficient infor- <br />mation to the City to assure non-profit status. <br /> <br />Comply in intent and operation with all applicable <br />principles provided in City's Basic Program and <br />Facilities Policy Resolution. <br /> <br />Submit an annual enrollment report on forms provided <br />by the Department of Recreation and Human Resources. <br /> <br />Comply with all rules and regulations related to the <br />facility being used. <br /> <br />Keep the Director of Recreation and Human Resources <br />or his/her designated representative informed of <br />general program and special events. <br /> <br />File with the Department of Recreation and Human <br />Resources the groups Bylaws and/or Constitution, <br />submitting changes as they occur. <br /> <br /> <br />
