herein, and shall provide, acquire, construct, operate, and maintain <br />at its own expense and in good condition such pumping stations, force <br />mains, and trunk sewers as necessary to deliver sewage from City to <br />District's Plant in such manner as to comply with all terms of this <br />Agreement, with all requirements of the Pretreatment Program and with <br />all applicable laws-, rules and regulations applicable thereto. City <br />shall install an appropriate flow meter on the Sunol Interceptor line <br />and shall maintain this meter and the existing meters on the Highland <br />Oaks line and the West Pleasanton line at City's cost. In the event <br />any additional lines are constructed to convey sewage from City to <br />the District's Plant, City shall install and maintain appropriate flow <br /> <br />meters on those lines. District shall maintain the existing meter on <br /> <br />the East Amador line. <br /> <br /> "City shall monitor and record flows at appropriate time <br />intervals on the Sunol Interceptor line, the West Pleasanton line and <br />any future lines from City to District's Plant and shall provide <br />District with records of said flows. District shall monitor and <br />record flows at appropriate time intervals on the Highland Oaks line <br />and the East Amador line and shall provide City with records of said <br />flows. <br /> <br /> "City's responsibilities per this section and ownership rights <br />include that portion of City's sewage collection system wit~hin City's <br />corporate boundaries and any collection facilities within the physical <br />boundaries of District's Plant site (including portions of the <br />Highland Oaks, West Pleasanton and Sunol Interceptor lines) to the <br />headworks of District's Plant.
