b. Secure all responsible agency approvals, <br /> <br /> permits, and other requirements. <br /> <br /> c. Provide all funds required for the planning, <br /> design, and construction of the Project, <br /> including any required permits, inspection, <br /> and other fees. <br /> <br /> d. Provide all funds for all local agency costs <br /> for maintenance and operation pursuant to the <br /> anticipated local agency-Caltrans agreement <br /> during the lifetime of the traffic signals <br /> installed as part of the project. <br /> <br /> e. Provide all funds required for modificationS/ <br /> <br /> improvements to the traffic signals installed <br /> as part of the Project. <br /> <br /> 3. OperatiOn of Proposed Traffic Signals. The parties <br />agree that the operation of the traffic signals installed as <br />part of the Project (the proposed traffic signals) shall be <br />in accordance with the following: <br /> <br /> a.
