11. Audit and Inspection of Record__s <br /> <br /> Consultant shall permit authorized representatives of <br /> <br />.City to inspect and audit all data and records relating to <br />performance under this Agreement by Consultant, its agents, <br />employees, subcontractors and others involved in the performance <br />of services. <br /> <br /> 12. Termination <br /> <br /> City may terminate this Agreement in whole or in part at <br /> <br />any time upon four (4) working days prior written notice. <br />Consultant shall submit a requisition to City for an amount <br />representing the reasonable value of services actually performed <br />to the effective date of termination for which Consultant has not <br /> <br />been previously reimbursed. In no event shall the maximum <br />expenditure allowed under this Agreement be exceeded. Upon <br />payment of the amount found due, City shall be under no further <br /> <br />obligation to Consultant, monetary or otherwise. <br /> <br /> 13. Insurance <br /> <br /> a. Consultant shall obtain and keep in force and <br /> <br /> effect during the term of this Agreement personal injury, <br /> <br />bodily injury, and property damage liability insurance, <br />including contractual liability, with a combined single limit <br />in the minimum amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00), <br /> <br />which policy shall name the City, its officers, employees, <br />and agents, as additional insureds. Said policy shall also <br />contain a provision indicating that said policy shall not be <br />cancelled except upon thirty (30) days written notice to the <br />City. <br /> <br /> <br />
