C. Schedule of Payments <br /> <br />For Section I.A, CONSULTANT shall submit, and <br />CITY shall pay, monthly invoices for the esti- <br />mated percentage of work performed during the <br />previous month, up to 90% of the total amount <br />for said item, the balance to be payable upon <br />completion and acceptance of said work by CITY. <br /> <br />For Section I.B, CONSULTANT shall submit, and <br />CITY shall pay, monthly invoices for the esti- <br />mated percentage of work performed during the <br />previous month, up to 90% of the estimated total <br />for said item. The remaining 10% for Section <br />7.B shall be paid upon award of a construction <br />contract for the work. In the event PROJECT is <br />not bid and awarded within ninety (90) days <br />after receipt by CITY of the completed working <br />drawings, CITY shall pay for the remaining 10%. <br /> <br />For Section I.C, CONSULTANT shall submit, and <br />CITY shall pay, monthly invoices for the esti- <br />mated percentage of work performed during the <br />previous month, up to 90% of the total amount <br />for said item, the balance to be payable upon <br />completion of the work and acceptance of the <br />construction by CITY. <br /> <br />CONSULTANT shall be paid on a monthly basis upon <br />submittal of invoices at the indicated hourly <br />rates for work completed under Section I.D. <br /> <br />In the event PROJECT is terminated, CITY shall <br />pay CONSULTANT full compensation for work per- <br />formed to date or written notification to cease <br />work on the PROJECT in accordance with Section <br />VII hereof. <br /> <br />-7- <br /> <br /> <br />
