for Section I.B services. <br /> <br />For services described under Section I.D, com- <br />pensation shall be on a time-and-materials basis <br />according to the hourly rate schedule attached <br />as "E~IBIT A". <br /> <br />The CONSULTANT shall provide all necessary sub- <br />consultants to complete the work under Section <br />I.A, B, C and D as part of Fee Proposal given <br />above. <br /> <br />Cost of Construction shall be construed to mean <br />either (1) final cost paid to contractor, or (2) <br />total cost indicated by an awarded construction <br />contract, or (3) most up-to-date estimate of <br />construction cost based upon completed plans <br />(listed in order of preference). Final payment <br />of. fee shall be based upon actual final construc- <br />tion cost for constructed work including Change <br />Orders, and on CONSULTANT'S most up-to-date and <br />approved cost estimate for work designed but not <br />constructed. <br /> <br />B. Reproduction Reimbursement <br /> <br />CITY agrees to reimburse CONSULTANT for reproduction <br />of brochures, blueprints, mylars, negatives, speci- <br />fications, or other materials that are necessary for <br />the production of the contract documents for the <br />PROJECT with the exception that CO~SULTANT shall pay <br />for the reproduction of thirty (30) complete sets of <br />contract documents for the PROJECT for bidding pur- <br />poses.
