AGP~EMENT FOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEmeNT is made and entered into by and between <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON, hereinafter referred to as "CITY", and <br /> <br />AKA, INC., hereinafter referred to as "CONSULTANT". <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CITY desires to contract for certain landscape <br />architectural services necessary for the design of the 3.9 <br />acre Oakhill Park , located between Oakcreek Court, Redbud <br />Court, Aspen Court & Alden Court in the City of Pleasanton. <br />The work shall include design for grading, drainage, walkways, <br />plantinK, irri~ation, play areas, picnic facilities, landscape <br />lighting, utilities and all other features necessary <br />for the development of the Park, which for the purposes of <br />this Agreement shall be called the PROJECT, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CONSULTANT is willing and qualified to do said <br />landscape architectural work ; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises; <br />convenants and agreements herein set forth, the parties do <br />hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />I. DUTIES OF CONSULTANT <br /> <br />CONSULTA~{T'S professional services shall consist of the <br />following: <br /> <br />A.
