CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-540 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENTS WITH AKA, INC. FOR <br />DESIGN OF OAKHILL AND MOLLER PARKS <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: The City Council approves the agreements between the <br />City of Pleasanton and AKA, Inc. for design of Oakhill <br />and Moller Parks, copies of which are attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreements. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 30, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> <br />NETH R~ <br /> <br /> <br />
