V. TIME OF COMPLETION <br /> <br />All work described in Section I.A shall be completed <br />within forty-five (45) days from the date of execu- <br />tion of this agreement. <br /> <br />All work described in Section I.B shall be completed <br />within ninety (90) days from the date of approval of <br />I.A work by CITY, plus extensions for delays beyond <br />control of CONSULTANT. <br /> <br />All work described in Section <br />within the period allowed for <br />construction contract. <br /> <br />I.C shall be completed <br />completion of the <br /> <br />VI. ATTENDANCE AT MEETINGS <br /> <br />A representative of CONSULTANT shall attend all <br />meetings related to the PROJECT where his attendance <br />is requested by CITY. <br /> <br />VII. CANCELLATION OF AGREEmeNT <br /> <br />This Agreement may be cancelled at any time by CITY upon <br />written notification to CONSULTANT. CONSULTANT shall be <br />entitled to receive full compensation payment for all <br /> services performed and all costs incurred to the date of <br />receipt of written notice to cease work on the PROJECT. <br />CONSULTANT'S compensation for services performed shall <br /> <br />be based upon time-and-materials rates listed in Exhibit <br />A, using actual man-hours of work performed and expenses <br />incurred to date of notice to cease work, as verified by <br />CONSULTANT'S and sub-consultant's employee time records <br />up to but not exceeding the total amount allowed herein <br />for that item of work in progress.
