after the date of receipt of written notice to cease work <br />on the PROJECT. CITY shall receive a copy of all work <br />completed to date of receipt of written notice from CON- <br />SULTANT. <br /> <br />VII. INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARPfLESS <br /> <br />CONSULTANT shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, the <br />CITY and its officers and employees from and against all <br />claims, losses, damage, injury, and liability for damages <br />arising from errors, ommission, negligent or wrongful acts <br /> <br />of the CONSULTANT in <br />this Agreement. This <br />reasonable period of <br />as well as during the <br /> <br />the performance of his services under <br />indemnification shall extend for a <br />time after completion of the PROJECT <br />period of actual performance of ser- <br /> <br />vices under this Agreement. Acceptance of the insurance <br />certificates required under this Agreement does not relieve <br />the CONSULTANT from liability under this indemnity and <br />hold harmless clause. <br /> <br />CITY'S contract for construction of PROJECT shall require <br />contractor to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the <br />CONSULT~T, his officers and employees from and against <br />all claims, losses, damage, injury and liability for <br />damages arising from errors, ommission, negligent or <br />wrongful acts of contractor in the performance of its <br />services under said construction contract. <br /> <br />XI.
