• Picket fence or other barricade to delineate skate change area and control access and <br />egress to and from the Rink Sitc area <br />• Material handling equipment, such as forklift(s), for loading and unloading of materials <br />and equipment require by the Rink and its operations. <br />• Grounds-keeping in the Rink Site area <br />• Ambient lighting in the Rink Site area; all holiday decorations <br />• Sound system with appropriate holiday and popular music selections <br />• All marketing and public relations in support of the event; all graphics and signing <br />• Printed admission tickets and printed liability waivers, if desired by Licensor <br />• Cost of water used by the facility <br />• An AED <br />V. Additional Obligations of Licensor: In addition to those obligations set forth in Section 9 of the <br />License Agreement, Licensor shall also provide the following relative to the I Ioliday Ice Rink <br />operations no later than November 9, 2009 and the starting dates for 201 1 and 2012 as set <br />forth in Eshibit'`3' and the extension term, if any: <br />• 3-phase, 480-volt, 600-amp continuous power source for refrigeration (208-volt optional <br />with additional transformer); electrical connection by qualified professionals from the <br />chiller to the power source, 100-volt power source for tools/kiosk/sound/lighting. <br />• A level clean Rink Sitc as depicted on [inhibit "f3" of the License Agreement <br />• Continuous uninterrupted water source directly adjacent to the Rink Site area <br />• Placement of refrigeration system as close to the Rink surface as possible <br />• Two (2) telephone lines with service delivered to the Rink ticket and skate rental <br />kiosk/tent <br />• Identiticd and reserved public parking as close to Rink Site for Licensee's operational <br />personnel <br />• General security personnel presence-after hours seven (7) days a week during operation <br />ofthc Rink <br />• Coordination and procurement of all permits and licenses required for the installation and <br />operation of the equipment and any special event, if required, relative to the Rink's <br />operation <br />• Any and all sales and use taxes, occupational taxes, and any other license or fee levied <br />upon Licensee rcgardingthe rental of equipment, the providing of labor, the execution of <br />the Rink installation, or any future State Entertainment/Admissions tax <br />• Downtown Banner on Main Street prior to the beginning of each year's I Ioliday Rink <br />Opening Date <br />10 <br />
