• No floor penetrations arc neccssmy, as the railings surrounding the I loliday Rink can be <br />anchored within the ice surface itself, or in the alternative, the railings can be mounted <br />temporarily to anchor sleeves or bolts permanently aftixed to the floor or plaza <br />• A minimum'/a-inch water Tine connection will be required at the reGigeration location <br />and nest to the ice resurfacing machine (zmnboni) parking area <br />• Additional consideration must be given to removal/melting of resurlacer shavings and <br />resultant snow build-up <br />• Refrigeration system typically requires a 3-phase, 460/480-volt disconnect, with the total <br />amp usage depending on ultimate rink size and geographic location (generally between <br />200-800-total amps). Locations with existing 208/230-volt availability must add a <br />transformer-either a portable or permanent writ <br />• "fhc Ice Rink Site footprint area must be well-drained, with water run-otf or snow-melt <br />going away from the rink area <br />• Generally, skater participants must be confined within a defined barricaded area for <br />safety purposes, to control the enhy onto the ice to paid-skaters, to additionally contain <br />the skaters on rubber floor covering (tor both safety and prevention of blade dulling <br />purposes) and to control the security for the skate rental inventory itself. <br />IV. Additional Specific Obligations of Licensee: In addition to those obligations set forth in Section <br />10 of the License Agreement, Licensee shall also provide the following relative to the <br />Holiday Ice Rink operations: <br />• Piping Grid System <br />• Air-Cooled Refrigerator System/Pumps/lloses/Expansion Tank <br />• Glycol Coolant Charge (non hazmat) <br />• Insulation and Vapor [3arriers <br />• Modular Railing System (white poly facing toward Rink, room for vinyl decal sponsor <br />graphics inside the Rink area, banners outside the rink perimeter) <br />• Ice Rink resurfacing equipment (7,amboni) <br />• Inventory office rentalskatcs,sharpcned and ready-to skate <br />• Skate change deck area with rubber flooring for putting on and removing skates <br />• All professional supervision and general labor for Rink set-up <br />• Generally carpentry services and f finishing out of rink perimeter <br />• All tools, equipment and supplies needed for Rink set up/strike <br />• Refrigeration technician on-call 24-hours during entire Operating Period each year of the <br />AgreemenCS'ferm <br />• Commercial General Liability Insurance Coverage for all equipment/personnel <br />negligence only relating to the Holiday Rink and its operations <br />• 'test for liability-related signage and Written Waiver/Release Forms, as well as liability <br />limitation instructions to all participants <br />• General training for rink/cvcnt manager regarding Rink operations <br />• Professional support services/consultations for F,vent planning and execution <br />• Benches for skate changing area <br />
