EXHIBIT " 2° <br />SPECIAL EVENTS <br />HOLIDAY ICE RINK <br />Nohvithstanding the Hours of Operation set forth in Section 7 of the License Agreement, Licensee shall <br />be permitted to offer private Rink Rental opportunities for csdusive use of the Rink on Sunday, Monday <br />and Wednesday evenings from 8:OOpm-I O:OOpm PST, as well as Cor one hour prior to opening on <br />Sahirday morning (9:OOam PS"f) and Sunday morning (1 O:OOam PST) for a fee to be set by Licensee. l~hc <br />fee includes exclusive use of the ice surface during such hourly rental and skate rental up to a maximum <br />of one hundred twenty (120) participants. <br />
