F,XH[I3IT "1" <br />BASIC INFORMATION SHEET <br />HOLIllAY ICE RINK <br />Management and Day to Day Operations Of The Holiday Rink <br />Licensee will provide experienced, on-site management, staffing to include cashier(s), skate <br />rental attendant(s), supervisor(s), and maintenance pcrsonncl to be on-site during die <br />Operational I lours of the l loliday Rink during each year of the Term of this Agreement. In <br />addition, Licensee shall provide the following: <br />• Employee uniforms <br />• Public safety announcements and other general entertainment <br />• Cash register equipment as well as credit card processing equipment and supplies <br />• Daily business accounting services, including sales tax functions <br />• All human resources functions for ico-spccitic pcrsonncl, workcr~s compensation <br />insurance, payroll and taxation functions, and similar ancillary related services <br />• Coordination with Licensor of group sales and special events <br />• Portable oftice building or small tent structm~c, at Licensee's sole option, for tickets <br />and skate rental kiosk related activities <br />• 'Temporary Aorta potties <br />I1. The I loliday Rink Venue <br />Picket Sale and skate rental kiosk, building or tent structure as well as a rubber floor- covered <br />benches staging area shall be situated immediately adjacent and easily accessible to the ice <br />skatins service for entrance and exiting of participants. In addition, Licensor shall <br />collaborate, coordinate and select local non-profit(s) to operate adjacent concession sales of <br />warm non-alcoholic beverages and traditional winter snacks during cacti Holiday Rink season <br />during the Term of this Agreement. <br />III. Additional I loliday Ice Rink Site Requirements <br />Licensor acknowledges and agrees that the following will be necessary to implement the <br />successful installation and tear-down of the Holiday Rink cacti year during the'I~crm of this <br />Agreement: <br />• For all portable installations of equipment precautions must be taken to secure all drains <br />and electrical outlets within the Rink Site area <br />
