AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES <br /> BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> AND <br /> CREEGAN AND D'ANGELO <br /> FOR <br />PROPOSED BERNAL AVENUE, DEL VALLE PARKWAY AND <br />SOUTH VERONA ROAD RAILROAD GRADE SEPARATIONS <br /> <br />PARTIES: <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this 24th day of July, 1984, <br />between the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a Municipal Corporation in the <br />State of California, hereinafter called "City," and CREEGAN AND <br />D'ANGELO, a corporation having a place of business at 1046 Taylor <br />Street, San Jose, California, hereinafter called "Engineer." <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, construction is set to begin for the Proposed Bernal <br />Avenue, Del Valle Parkway, and South Verona Road Railroad Grade <br />Separations under the tracks of the Union Pacific Railroad (formerly <br />Western Pacific Railroad) in Pleasanton and in an unincorporated <br />area of Alameda County (herein called "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City desires to retain engineer to provide surveying <br />services, and Engineer is qualified and licensed to perform the <br />professional enqineering services required under the terms of this <br />aqreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties do agree as follows: <br /> <br />Section A - Scope of Services <br /> <br />The Engineer shall provide the following services: <br /> <br />Under the direction of the City Engineer, provide surveyinq services, <br />as outlined in the document entitled "Special Provisions, Railroad <br />Grade Separation with Western Pacific Railroad Company," Project 84-7, <br />for the Bernal Avenue and Del Valle Parkway Underpass. <br /> <br /> <br />
