CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-362 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENTS WITH CREEGAN AND <br />D'ANGELO AND WITH BSK & ASSOCIATES FOR SURVEYING <br />AND SOILS ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE RAILROAD <br />CONSOLIDATION PROJECT NO. 84-7 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Creegan and D'Angelo <br /> for surveying services in connection with the <br /> railroad consolidation, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and BSK & Associates <br /> for soils engineering services in connection with <br /> the railroad consolidation, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreements. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective irmnediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 24, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None ,~E~~ <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> TTEST: NE R, MAYOR <br /> <br /> James R.
