City shall pay to PGandE upon demand and prior to any <br />construction by PGandE, the nonrefundable amount of $4,015 which represents <br />the Reengineering Fee for the reegineering work by PGandE personnel of the <br />di.:tailed engineering plans to acco~nodate changes in the District made by <br />the Developer. <br /> <br /> F.
