G. PGandE will utilize Electric Substructures valued at $30,728 to provide elect.r~c service as shown on the attached Exhibit "A." H. The Electric Substructures to be installed pursuant to paragraph I.A. above are designed to meet estimated loads within Tract 4788 in the District as represented by the City and Developer to PGandE. I. PGandE will complete the installation of the Electric Facilities to the extent necessary to provide electric service when detailed knowledge of the exact loads or service locations within Tract 4788 in the Dirtriot ~re made kn:~wn to PGandE. O. PGandE shall not be obligated to utilize the Electric Substructures to supply electric service to the City, Developer or owners of individual lots in Tract 4788 in the District or other applicants except as provided in Section I.K. K. It is not anticipated that two or more enterprises, as dafined in Rule 15.2, Section E, will initially request service in Tract 4788 in the District. PGandE is willing, however, to install, own and operate the Electric Facilities and the Electric Substructures as required under the Exceptional Cases provisions of Rule 15.2, Section D.3, until such time as two or more enterprises in Tract 4788 in the District have made application for electric service with sufficient revenue-prodUcing electric equipment as defined in Secti~n I,N. that would warrant the installation of the Electric Fa~:ilities by PGandE under Rule 15.2, or such other electric extension rule as ~y then be applicable. Under the Exceptional Cases provision, PGandE will, in accordance with this agreement, complete the installation of the Electric Facilities and Electric Substructures required to furnish service on an interim basis, the cost of which shall be paid by the City and in a~v~l!ce of ~nstallation. 5:
