G. PGandE will utilize Electric Substructures valued at <br /> $30,728 to provide elect.r~c service as shown on the attached Exhibit "A." <br /> <br /> H. The Electric Substructures to be installed pursuant to <br /> paragraph I.A. above are designed to meet estimated loads within Tract 4788 <br /> in the District as represented by the City and Developer to PGandE. <br /> <br /> I. PGandE will complete the installation of the Electric <br /> Facilities to the extent necessary to provide electric service when detailed <br /> knowledge of the exact loads or service locations within Tract 4788 in the <br /> Dirtriot ~re made kn:~wn to PGandE. <br /> <br /> O. PGandE shall not be obligated to utilize the Electric <br />Substructures to supply electric service to the City, Developer or owners of <br />individual lots in Tract 4788 in the District or other applicants except as <br />provided in Section I.K. <br /> <br /> K. It is not anticipated that two or more enterprises, as <br />dafined in Rule 15.2, Section E, will initially request service in Tract 4788 <br />in the District. PGandE is willing, however, to install, own and operate the <br />Electric Facilities and the Electric Substructures as required under the <br />Exceptional Cases provisions of Rule 15.2, Section D.3, until such time as <br />two or more enterprises in Tract 4788 in the District have made application <br />for electric service with sufficient revenue-prodUcing electric equipment as <br />defined in Secti~n I,N. that would warrant the installation of the Electric <br />Fa~:ilities by PGandE under Rule 15.2, or such other electric extension rule <br />as ~y then be applicable. Under the Exceptional Cases provision, PGandE <br />will, in accordance with this agreement, complete the installation of the <br />Electric Facilities and Electric Substructures required to furnish service <br />on an interim basis, the cost of which shall be paid by the City and in <br />a~v~l!ce of ~nstallation. <br /> <br /> 5: <br /> <br /> <br />
