Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the City <br />Council to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />d' 2. ROLL CALL <br />M <br />Q City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll which is recorded <br />as follows: Councilmembers Frank C. Brandes, Jr., Robert E. <br />Z Butler, Karin Mohr, Ben Tarver, and Mayor Kenneth R. Mercer. Staff <br />members present were: Ms. Deborah Acosta, City Manager; <br />Mr. Michael H. Roush, City Attorney; Mr. Brian W. Swift, Director <br />of Planning and Community Development; Mr. Joseph Elliott, pirector <br />of Public Works and Utilities; and Mr. Chandler Lee, Principal <br />Planner, Department of Planning and Community Development. <br />3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br />-- Ms. Acosta requested that the following amendments be made on <br />the Agenda: <br />Continuation of Item 4f - Acceptance of Public Improvements <br />for Tract 5835, Vintage Heights II - Amador Vallev Savings and Loan <br />Association to the August 7th City Council meeting and of Item 4i - <br />meeting, at the request of the Staff; <br />Continuation of Item 6b - AP-90- <br />to the July 17th City Council <br />Landscaping Plan. Located at 9900 Lonaview Lane (Upper Lonaview) to <br />the August 7th City Council meeting, at the request of the <br />applicant. <br />Ms. Acosta added that Item 40 - A~groval of Revisions to the <br />Municipal Code Pertaininq to Recreation Facilities, includes the <br />introduction of an ordinance in addition to the approval of a <br />resolution, and Item 6c - GP-90-4. Application of the City of <br />Pleasanton for a General Plan Amendment to Adopt a Revised Housing <br />Element includes the consideration of a Negative Declaration. She <br />then suggested that Item 9a - Report on Ridqelands Citizen <br />7-10-90 <br />- 1 - <br />
