Deliverables: GIS Data Base Subtask C.3: Additional Data Collection Missing street segments and ramps identified in Subtask C.2 will be assessed as described in Subtask B.3. The data collected in this Subtask will be downloaded as described in Subtask C.1 and managed as described in Subtask C.2. Deliverables: Additional GIS Data Task D: Executive Summary Report RRM will generate tables from the GIS database of the sidewalk and ramp assessments. Cost estimates for the repair of sidewalks and ramps will also be prepared. RRM will draft an executive summary report, detailing the project findings and recommendations. Subtask D.1: Compile Assessment Tables Tables of the sidewalk and ramp assessments will be compiled. The tables will be prepared with the parameters agreed upon previously. The tables will be sorted by attributes according to importance as determined by the City's Project Manager. Deliverables: Assessment Tables Subtask D.2: Prepare Cost Estimate A cost estimate for the repair of sidewalks and ramps, based on the assessment tables, will be prepared. The cost estimate will be based on 2009 construction costs. Deliverables: Assessment Tables Subtask D.3: Draft Report Preparation A draft executive summary report will be prepared, summarizing the key findings of the assessment.
