Any modifications to feature classes will <br />be performed using ESRI's ArcG15 software, including the creation of improvement cost estimate <br />attribute fields, as described in Subtask D.2. <br />Deliverables: GIS Data Base <br />Subtask C.3: Additional Data Collection <br />Missing street segments and ramps identified in Subtask C.2 will be assessed as described in Subtask <br />B.3. The data collected in this Subtask will be downloaded as described in Subtask C.1 and managed <br />as described in Subtask C.2. <br />Deliverables: Additional GIS Data <br />Task D: Executive Summary Report <br />RRM will generate tables from the GIS database of the sidewalk and ramp assessments. Cost <br />estimates for the repair of sidewalks and ramps will also be prepared. RRM will draft an executive <br />summary report, detailing the project findings and recommendations. <br />Subtask D.1: Compile Assessment Tables <br />Tables of the sidewalk and ramp assessments will be compiled. The tables will be prepared with the <br />parameters agreed upon previously. The tables will be sorted by attributes according to importance <br />as determined by the City's Project Manager. <br />Deliverables: Assessment Tables <br />Subtask D.2: Prepare Cost Estimate <br />A cost estimate for the repair of sidewalks and ramps, based on the assessment tables, will be <br />prepared. The cost estimate will be based on 2009 construction costs. <br />Deliverables: Assessment Tables <br />Subtask D.3: Draft Report Preparation <br />A draft executive summary report will be prepared, summarizing the key findings of the assessment. <br />The executive summary report will contain the following sections: <br />• Project background and purpose <br />• Assessment criteria <br />• Summary of sidewalk conditions <br />
