Section F- Insurance <br /> <br />during the <br />injury, and <br />injury, and <br />contractual <br /> <br />Engineer shall obtain and keep in force and effect <br /> <br /> term of this Agreement personal injury, bodily <br /> property damage liability insurance, bodily <br /> property damage liability insurance, including <br /> liability, with a combined single limit in the <br /> <br />minimum amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00), which <br />policy shall name the City, its officers, employees, and <br />agents, as additional insureds. Said policy shall also <br />contain a provision indicating that said policy shall not be <br />cancelled except upon thirty (30) days written notice to the <br />City. <br /> <br />2. Engineer shall also obtain and keep in force and effect <br />during the term of this Agreement professional liability <br />insurance covering any loss arising out of or related in any <br />manner to the errors, omissions~ or negligent acts of Engineer, <br />its employees, agents, consultants and/or subcontractors, to <br />Engineer in the minimum amount of One Million Dollars <br />($1,000,000.00). <br /> <br />3. Certificates of Insurance, as required by subparagraphs <br />a and b hereinabove, shall also be filed with City when the <br />Engineer executes this Agreement. <br /> <br />Section G- Indemnification <br /> <br />Engineer shaI] indemnify, defend, and hold harmless City, its <br />Councilmembers, representatives, agents or employees from <br />and against all claims, injury, suits, demands, liability, losses, <br />damages and expenses, whether direct or indirect (including <br />any and all costs and expenses in connection therewith), <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br />
