Section A - Scope of Services <br /> <br />1. The Engineer shall provide the following services: <br /> <br /> a. Review shop and working drawings furnished by the <br />contractor. <br /> <br /> b. Furnish consultation relating to design changes <br />during construction. <br /> <br /> c. Prepare asrbuilt plans <br />maintained by both the City and <br />construction. <br /> <br />for the Project based on records <br />County during the course of <br /> <br />Section B - Compensation and Payment Method <br /> <br />The City shall reimburse the Engineer for services performed <br />as described in Section A at direct wages, plus one hundred <br />and sixty percent (160%) to cover payroll, overhead, and <br />profit. Direct wages shall be determined by multiplying the <br />employee's direct hourly rate of pay by the number of hours <br /> <br />worked. The <br />Costs at the <br />Other Direct <br />to telephone, <br />expense. <br /> <br />Engineer shall be reimbursed for Other Direct <br />out-of-pocket cost to the Engineer. Anticipated <br />Costs are expected to include but not be limited <br />postage, printing, and automobile travel <br /> <br />The total compensation and reimbursement paid hereunder for <br />the services described in Section A shall not exceed a <br />maximum sum of Nine Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($9,400) <br />unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing. <br /> <br /> <br />
