RIGHT-OF-ENTRY AND ACQUISITION AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT {s made and entered- into this 10th day of <br /> July, 1984, by and between TRACOR MBA, a California corporation <br /> ("Tracor"), and the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipa.1 corporation <br /> (the "City"). <br /> <br /> RECITALS <br /> <br /> Ao Tracor is the owner of land (the "Property") located <br />at the southeast corner of Santa Rita Road and Pimlico Drive <br />which is shown and identified as belonging to Tracor on the map <br />of the Right-of-Way of Pimlico Drive from Santa Rita Road to <br />Brockton Drive dated July 5, 1984, (print date July 5, 1984), <br />prepared by Bissell & Karn, Inc. (the "Right-of-Way Map"). <br /> <br /> B. As part of the projects proposed to be constructed <br />pursuant to the North Pleasanton Improvement District ("NPID"), <br />Pimlico Drive is proposed to be realigned through the Property; <br /> <br /> C. In conjunction with the realignment of Pimlico Drive <br />and construction of an on-ramp to 1-580, the City plans to <br />vacate a portion of Pimlico Drive adjacent to the Property and <br />acquire the parcel of land owned by Rancho-Santa Rita Investors <br />on the north side of Pimlico Drive north of the Property. Upon <br />completion of the realignment and on-ramp construction, the <br />City will have as excess property portions of the Rancho-Santa <br />Rita Investors lands and the vacated Pimlico Drive. The City <br />wishes to use such property to off-set the cost of the property <br />required to be acquired for the realignment, and Tracor wishes <br />to acquire said excess property. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
