CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-337 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH TRACOR MBA <br />FOR RIGHT-OF-ENTRY FOR AND ACQUISITION OF THE <br />PIMLICO DRIVE REALIGNMENT <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Tracor MBA for a right-of- <br /> entry for construction of and acquisition of the <br /> right-of-way for, the Pimlico Drive realignment, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: Authorizes the Mayor to execute any deeds required <br /> by the above-described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 10, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES None <br /> ABSENT: None ~0 <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> R <br />~.
