7.10.84 <br />C169-018 <br />AG169c <br /> <br />tion's share of the cost of electricity for operating the <br />traffic signals at the intersection of Valley Avenue and <br />Quarry Lane. <br /> <br /> ACTICLE 3 <br /> <br /> MAINTENANCE OF SOUNDWALLS <br /> <br /> 3.1 Areas for Soundwall Maintenance. The Associa- <br />tion shall maintain all soundwalls constructed by Declarant <br />in the southern right of way of Valley Avenue from the <br />eastern boundary of Valley Business Park to Santa Rita Road. <br /> <br /> 3.2 Maintenance Requirements. The Association <br />shall at its sole expense maintain all the soundwalls de- <br />scribed in Section 3.1.
