Replacement plantings within Valley <br />Business Park shall conform to the requirements and stand- <br /> <br />ards of Valley Business Park. Replacement plantings outside <br />Valley Business Park shall be of like number, type, and <br />quality of plantings being replaced or shall otherwise <br /> <br />conform to landscape plans approved by the City of Pleasan- <br />ton. All shrubbery and trees located at intersections shall <br />be maintained so that motorists' sight and view of intersect- <br />ing streets is not obstructed. The Association shall at its <br />sole expense install, maintain, repair, and replace, where <br />necessary, such irrigation systems as are required to pro- <br />vide adequate irrigation. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE 2 <br /> <br /> MAINTENANCE OF STREET LIGHTING <br /> <br /> 2ol Areas for Street Lighting Maintenance. The <br />Association shall maintain all street lighting within Valley <br />Business Park and the areas described in Section 1.1. <br /> <br /> 2.2 Maintenance Requirements. The Association <br />shall at its sole expense maintain all street lighting <br />within the areas described in Section 1.1. Maintenance <br />shall include the payment of all charges for electrical <br />usage, all cost of ownership charges, if any, and the care <br />of all street lighting fixtures, electroliers, appurtenances <br />and bulbs, including repair and replacement where necessary. <br />In addition, the Association will pay the City, the Associa- <br /> <br />-4- <br /> <br /> <br />
