SECTION 2. Directs staff to continue negotiating with the cities of Livermore and <br />Dublin, and Alameda County, a Policy Statement regarding transportation priorities and <br />commitments in the Tri-Valley, which Policy Statement must be approved by the four <br />public agencies before the City submits to the Alameda County Local Agency Formation <br />Commission an application to annex the Project area to Pleasanton. <br />SECTION 3.
