Task 6: <br /> <br />in terms of transportation impacts; to determine when <br />traffic studies would be needed for ProDosed <br />development projects; to determine the apDropriateness <br />of locating land uses as determined by the City's Land <br />Use Element and Zoning Ordinance; and to assist City <br />staff in coordinating Circulation Element recommendations <br />for roadway and transit improvements with the City's <br />Capital Improvement Program. <br /> <br />Produce an accurate, informative and concise Circulation <br />Element which meets all the requirements of the <br />California General Plan Guidelines, as amended. <br /> <br /> (b) Submit technical work required for the General Plan <br />Coordinator and the City's noise and air quality consultants in <br />such timely fashion as to allow completion of their tasks accordin~ <br />to the schedule attached as Exhibit 1. <br /> <br /> (c) Attend meetings with the General Plan Coordinator, <br />City staff and other consultants as necessary to comDlete the <br />above tasks. Also, attend one Planning Commission and one City <br />Council meeting. <br /> <br /> 3o Sufficiency of Work. Consultant agrees that all <br />professional planning work shall be adequate and sufficient to meet <br />the purposes for which it is performed. Consultant represents to <br />City, and City is relying upon the representation, that his work <br />will conform to the professional standards normally exercised by <br />professional traffic engineering consultants in the State of <br />California. <br /> <br /> <br />
