4. Title to Work. All documents, data, studies, surveys, <br />drawings, maps, and reports furnished to Consultant by City, <br />as well as all such documents, data, studies, surveys, drawings, <br />maps, and reports prepared by Consultant under this agreement, <br />shall be considered the property of the City and shall be turned <br />over to the City at the completion of the services to be performed. <br /> <br /> 5. City Furnished Items. Citv shall furnish as requested <br /> <br />by Consultant all pertinent information, documents, data, studies, <br />surveys, maps, and reports which it may have. <br /> <br /> 6. Payment. For the services to be rendered hereunder, <br /> <br />City shall pay Consultant the amount of Nine Thousand Five Hundred <br />Dollars ($9,500.00). Consultant shall bill the City by invoice <br />for work actually performed no more frequently than monthly, and <br />City shall pay Consultant within ten (10) days of submittal of <br />his invoice. Ten percent (10%) of the contract amount will be <br />withheld pending satisfactory completion of the Circulation Element. <br /> <br /> 7o Term. The term of this agreement shall begin on <br /> <br />July 1, 1984, and end umon commletion of the Consultant's Services <br />described in Section 2 of this agreement. <br /> <br /> 8. Availability of Service. It is understood and agreed <br /> <br />by Consultant that during the term of this agreement Consultant <br />shall be available as needed to ~erform the services described <br />herein. <br /> <br /> 9. Termination for Convenience of City. City may terminate <br />this agreement at any time by mailing a notice in writing to <br />Consultant that the agreement is terminated.
