Task 2: <br /> <br />Task 3: <br /> <br />Task 4: <br /> <br />Assist the General Plan Coordinator, City staff and <br /> <br />City consultants in developing General Plan policy <br />issues, particularly those involving the effects <br />of the transportation system on land uses within the <br />Planning Area. <br /> <br />Evaluate the transDortation impacts of four (4) Land <br /> <br />Use and Policy Alternatives developed by the City to <br />clarify and disclose the ramifications of the City's <br />options regarding future uses of vacant lands within <br />the Pleasanton Planning Area. The evaluation will <br />be sufficient for use by the City's noise and air <br />quality consultants, expressed in terms useful to the <br /> <br />City Council, staff and the public and consistent with <br />the unit(s) of measure used in Task 1. <br /> <br />Recommend measures and implementation programs to <br />mitigate transportation problems resulting from the <br />adoption of the preferred Land Use and Policy Alternative. <br />Consultant may utilize mitigation measures from the <br /> <br />NPID EIR and other studies provided that they will <br />adequately mitigate the impacts of the preferred <br />alternative as defined by CEQA and other state laws. <br /> <br />To the extent that imDacts will occur in areas not <br />identified in existing studies, Consultant will <br />evaluate the feasibility, cost and necessity of <br />transportation mitigation measures. These mitigation <br />measures and imDlementation programs will include, <br />but not be limited to, the following: <br /> <br /> <br />
