Task 4: <br /> <br />Task 5: <br /> <br />information furnished by the City's transportation <br />consultant for the time periods 2010 and General Plan <br />Buildout. Also, evaluate these impacts for four (4) <br /> <br />Land Use and Policy Alternatives developed by the City <br />to clarify and disclose the City's OPtiOns regarding <br />future uses of vacant land within the Pleasanton Planning <br />Area. The evaluation will be expressed in terms useful <br />to the City Council, staff and the public in selecting <br />a preferred Land Use and Policy Alternative and be <br />consistent with the unit(s) of measure used in Task 1. <br />The Caline-3 Model will be used to conduct these <br />evaluations and sufficient data provided to indicate <br />the maximum traffic volumes that can be accommodated <br />on local arterials without causing air quality standards <br />to be exceeded. <br /> <br />Project the future regional scale air quality impacts <br />related to direct (point source emissions) and indirect <br />(automobile emissions) sources for the time periods 2010 <br />and General Plan Buildout. Also, evaluate those impacts <br />for four (4) Land Use and Policy Alternatives, as <br />described in Task 3. <br /> <br />Assist the General Plan Coordinator, City staff and <br /> <br />City consultants in developing General Plan policy <br />issues, particularly those involving the effects of air <br />quality on land uses within the Planning Area.
