Task 8: <br /> <br />Task 9: <br /> <br />noise exposure; to determine when acoustical re~orts <br />for new multi-family dwellings would be needed, as <br />required by Title 25 of the California Government Code; <br />and to determine the appropriateness of locating land <br />uses as determined by the City's Land Use Element. <br />Produce an accurate, informative and concise Noise <br />Element which meets all the requirements of Section <br />65302(a) of the California Government Code, as amended. <br />Produce a draft Noise Ordinance consistent with the <br />policies and data contained in the Noise Element. <br /> <br /> (b) Submit technical work required for the General Plan <br />Coordinator to complete his tasks according to the schedule <br />attached as Exhibit 1. <br /> <br /> (c) Attend meetings with the General Plan Coordinator, <br />City staff and other consultants as necessary to complete the <br />above tasks. Also, attend one Planning Commission and one City <br />Council meeting. <br /> <br /> 3. Sufficiency of Work. Consultant agrees that all <br />professional acoustical work shall be adequate and sufficient to <br />meet the ~ur~oses for which it is Herformed. Consultant represents <br />to City, and City is relying u~on the representation, that his <br />work will conform to'the ~rofessional standards normally exercised <br />by professional acoustical consultants in the State of California. <br /> <br /> 4. Title to Work. All documents, data, studies~ surveys, <br />drawings, maps and reports furnished to Consultant by City, as <br />well as all such documents, data, studies, surveys, drawings, <br /> <br />-5- <br /> <br /> <br />
