Task 2: <br /> <br />Task 3: <br /> <br />Task 4: <br /> <br />Task 5: <br /> <br />Provide information develoDed through a monitoring <br />program for noise sensitive areas including schools, <br />hospitals and any other land use area deemed noise <br />sensitive by the City. Consultant may utilize noise <br />measurements contained in the NPID EIR and other <br />noise studies, provided that it conforms with state <br />requirements. If the City deems that there are other <br />areas of concern not addressed in existing studies, <br />Consultant will undertake additional measurements to <br />describe the noise environment at these locations. All <br />of the noise measurement data will be summarized by <br />Consultant for inclusion in an Appendix to the Noise <br />Element. <br /> <br />Assist the General Plan Coordinator and City staff in <br />developing noise related goals, policies, and standards <br />for the Planning Area. <br /> <br />Assist the General Plan Coordinator, City staff and <br />City consultants in develoDing General Plan policy <br />issues, particularly those involving the effects of <br />noise levels on land uses within the Planning Area. <br />Evaluate the noise imDacts of four (4) Land Use and <br />Policy Alternatives developed by the City to clarify <br />and disclose the ramifications of the City's options <br />regarding future uses of vacant land within the <br />Pleasanton Planning Area. The evaluation will be <br />based on information provided by the City's transpor- <br />tation consultant and will be expressed in terms <br />useful to the City Council, City staff and the public <br /> <br /> <br />
