Impact on the California red-legged frog <br />Finding. The City finds that the following mitigation measures are feasible and have <br />been incorporated into the MMRP, thereby mitigating the impact to a less- <br />than-significant level: <br />• Conduct preconstruction surveys for the California red-legged frog, per <br />MM BIO-2.1. <br />• Implement ground disturbance restrictions associated with construction <br />near the Arroyo Mocho, per MM BIO-2.2. <br />• Conduct construction monitoring for the Califomia red-legged frog, per <br />MM BIO-2.3. <br />• Conduct Worker Environmental Awareness Program (WEAP) training for <br />construction crews before construction activities within the Arroyo Mocho <br />begin, per MM BIO-2.4. <br />DEIR, p. 3.3-17 <br />2. Impact on the California tiger salamander <br />Finding. The City finds that the following mitigation measures are feasible and have <br />been incorporated into the MMRP, thereby mitigating the impact to a less- <br />than-significant level: <br />• Complete ongoing Califomia tiger salamander surveys and, if <br />salamanders are found, comply with USFWS mitigation measures, per <br />MM BIO-3.1. <br />• Provide construction monitoring for the California tiger salamander, if surveys <br />identify salamanders on the Staples Ranch site, per MM BIO-3.2. <br />DEIR, p. 3.3-20 <br />3. Impact on the western pond turtle or their habitat <br />Finding. The City finds that the following mitigation measures are feasible and have <br />been incorporated into the MMRP, thereby mitigating the impact to a less- <br />than-significant level: <br />• Conduct preconstruction surveys for the western pond turtle, per MM BIO- <br />4.1. <br />Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan Amendment and Staples Ranch Project <br />Environmental Impact Report Findings and Statement of Overriding Considerations Page IS of 30 <br />
