2.2.5 Provide pedestrian and bicycle connection points, to the extent feasible, to <br />trails and pathways within the adjacent Community Park. <br />3. Approval of the Rezoning/Prezoning for the Staples Ranch property to the Planned <br />Unit Development (PUD) District. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff supports the Planning Commission recommendation, and therefore recommends <br />the City Council: <br />Find that the FEIR, as revised, conforms to the California Environmental Quality <br />Act (CEQA), and adopt the attached resolutions (Attachment 1.a) approving the <br />Environmental Findings, Statement of Overriding Considerations, Mitigation <br />Monitoring and Reporting Plan, and certifying the FEIR, with applicable revisions <br />included in Attachment 9. <br />2. Adopt the resolution approving the Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan <br />Amendment/Staples Ranch project, as set forth in Attachment 1.b, with the <br />applicable revisions to the Specific Plan listed in Attachment 9, including the <br />Planning Commission's recommended revision to design standard 2.2.5; and <br />3. Introduce the ordinance approving the Staples Ranch PUD Rezoning/Prezoning, <br />as set forth in Attachment 2. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />There is no significant financial impact as a result of this action. <br />Page 2 of 10 <br />
