Tract 5164; provided, further, that once the <br />wall has been completed and accepted by City, <br />Valley shall, to the maximum extent feasible, <br />continue to use the Valley Avenue frontage of <br />Tract 5164 to complete construction thereof to <br />provide maximum protection to the guests of the <br />E1 Rancho Motel on Owners' larger parcel. <br /> <br /> D. City shall, at City expense, pave the <br /> <br />entire shaded area shown on Exhibit "C" in the <br />southwesterly corner of Owners' larger parcel. <br />The design, quality and construction of paving <br />shall be to normal City standards sufficient for <br />vehicular parking, storage, ingress and egress, <br />with appropriate drainage and sloping; provided, <br />however, that Owners shall provide striping for <br />parking spaces should they so desire. <br /> <br /> E. Owners shall install and maintain at <br /> <br />Owners' expense appropriate landscaping on the <br />portion of Owners' larger parcel shown in parallel- <br />hatching on Exhibit "C" at the northwest inter- <br />section of the street with Santa Rita Road. <br /> <br /> F City shall immediately schedule and hold <br />publkc hearings pursuant to Government Code section <br />65867 to consider adoption of an ordinance approving <br />the ]Development Agreement for use of the area shown <br />on Exhibit "C" as the "P.U.D.
