EXHIBIT A <br />DRAFT CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />PCUP-205, Janny Rocha <br />4S~ Sycamore Road <br />January 20, 2009 <br />1. The relocation and operation of the water tank shall conform substantially to <br />Exhibit B, "Agreement Concerning Water Tank at 481 Sycamore Road," attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference, except as modified by the following <br />conditions of approval. Minor changes to the approved water tank maybe <br />approved by the Director of Community Development if found to be in substantial <br />compliance. <br />2. All Conditions of Approval of PUD-A shall remain in full force and effect. <br />3. This Conditional use Permit only covers the replacement and relocation of the <br />existing water tank and associated pump and pressure tank. If future <br />alterationslchangeslstructuresladditions are desired, and the PUD does not <br />coverladdress the scope of work desired, a new Conditional Use Permit or <br />Planned Unit Development application shall be secured by the applicantlproperty <br />owner from the City prior to commencement of work. <br />4. The applicantlpraperty owner shall maintain the area surrounding the tank and <br />well in a clean and orderly manner at all times. <br />5. Changes to the water tank ~i.e., location, color, screening, type, size, etch shall <br />not be made without prior approval from the Planning Division. <br />{end} <br />
