N~1N, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT `rHE CITY COUNCIL ~F THE CITY ~F <br />PLEASANT~N DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER THE <br />F~LL~VIIING: <br />Section ~ . Resolves the appeal, Case PAP-121, thereby amending the decision <br />of the Planning Commission approving Case PCUP-205, the application of Janny Rocha <br />for Conditional Use Permit to relocate and replace a 5,000-gallon water tank in the rear <br />yard of the property located at 481 Sycamore Road, subject to the conditions shown on <br />Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part of this case by reference. <br />SECTION Z. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its <br />passage and adoption. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND AD~P'rED by the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton at a regular meeting held on January 20, 2009. <br />I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, cerkify that the <br />foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the <br />20th day of January 2009, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Karen Diaz, City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Michael H.
