The applicants shall provide construction dumpster(s) on-site during all phases of <br />the construction of the units covered by this approval. The applicants shall <br />ensure that the contractor(s) and subcontractor(s) deposit all construction refuse <br />and debris in the dumpster(s) at the end of each day. <br />49. During Construction, the project developer is responsible for implementing the <br />following measures: <br />a) Portable toilets shall be kept as far as possible from existing residences and <br />shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor; <br />b) Ensure that the project contractor is aware of, and abides by, all conditions <br />of approval. The project developer is especially responsible for ensuring that <br />the contractor is aware of and implements all erosion control/storm water <br />quality measures; and <br />c) Ensure that the project landscape contractor is aware of, and adheres to, the <br />approved landscape and irrigation plans. <br />50. Prior to first framing inspection for each structure, the height of the structure <br />shall be surveyed and verified as being in conformance to the approved building <br />heights from the lowest grade to the highest point. Said verification is the project <br />developer's responsibility and shall: <br />a) Be performed by a licensed land surveyor or civil engineer; and <br />b) Be completed and provided to the Planning Division. <br />51. If archeological materials are uncovered during grading, trenching, or other on-site <br />excavation, all work on site shall be stopped and the City immediately notified. <br />The county coroner and the Native American Heritage Commission shall also be <br />notified and procedures followed as required by the California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEQA). A similar note shall appear on the improvement plans. <br />52. A final inspection by the Planning Division is required prior to occupancy and prior <br />to final building permit inspection. <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />53. The project developer shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code <br />(Pleasanton Municipal Code, Chapter 20.24). <br />54. Units 2 and 3 shall be equipped with automatic fire suppression system <br />(sprinklers). If the existing unit's interior is demolished to the studs, then residential <br />9 <br />
