Job No. 19447.010 Exhibit A Page 5 of 12 3.0 HYDROMODIFICATION MANAGEMENT PLAN Task 3.1 Prepare a Draft Hydromodification Management Plan (HMP) that covers both the larger corridor area in conceptual terms, as well as the Parking Lot Project Site with more specific runoff treatment / BMP methods, coordinated closely with the Parking Lot civil and landscape designs. Task 3.2 Meet with City to provide Draft HMP report and review document with City staff. Respond [o City comments and revise BAIIM modeling as required. Task 3.3 Prepare and distribute Final Hydromodification Management Plan Report. 4.0 PROJECT COORDINATION AND MANAGEMENT Task 4.1 Attend meetings with City and Consultant team as required to facilitate design effort and coordinate with the hydromodification modeling and BMP recommendations. Task 4.2 Project coordination and provide HMP and BMP design details as required to be incorporated with the Civil Improvement Plans for the Parking Lot. D, t,inhtio¢ / Utility Eo¢ineerine Services - Sunshine Design Utility Engineering /Lighting Consultant shall provide the following general services: 1.0 PRELIMINARY SERVICES -Research availability and sizing of existing facilities and contact Utility companies to obtain information for initial design process and PG&E application forms. Assist City with completing application forms. 2.0 DESIGN /CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS -Perform initial lighting and utility designs involving Utility Companies for verification of design. Coordination with Consultant team on design of lighting and utility systems. Prepare Construction Drawings to process with Utility Companies for approval. Prepare Composite Drawings showing all joint trench /lighting utilities combined. The general services above are further described by the following Task breakdown: 1.0 PRELIMINARY SERVICES Task 1.1 Preliminary Investigation -The Consultant will make an initial sight visit to determine availability of existing facilities. Consultant shall contact Client's representatives to obtain preliminary plans and computer files. Consultant shall Forward to Client PG&E application forms. Consultant will obtain from PG&E, telephone, and cable company information needed to begin initial engineering process. Task L2 Intent Drawing -Upon receipt of information received through the preliminary investigation portion of the project, the Consultant will forward to the various utilities and agencies having jurisdiction a drawing depicting the proposed joint trench. The drawing will show the location of the joint trench along with the service stub locations to the required service points. Included with the drawing will be copies of [he various improvements plans and computer files as required by the vazious utilities. Task 1.3 Coordination /Meetings -Coordination with Client and Consultant team on design of utility and lighting systems and participate in meetings as required to facilitate a coordinated design effort. 2.0 DESIGN /CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS Task 2.1 Parking Lot Lighting Design -Prepare parking lot light design drawings that show connection points, wnduit, and wiring requirements. Consultant shall also perform photometric analysis to confirm City standard lighting levels are met by parking lot lighting design. (Client and Consultant team will be responsible for the selection and preliminary location of the lights.) Task 2.2 Electric Construction Drawings -Prepare electric construction drawings including construction sketches, notes, details, job instructions, and material summaries that will be in accordance with the utility wmpany's latest construction standards.
