7. There shall be no "overnight camps' permitted. No child or adult of any age, <br />including the applicant and facility staff, may be allowed to stay in the facility <br />overnight for any reason. <br />Prior City review and approval are required if additional hours and activities <br />beyond what was stated in the applicant's written narrative, dated "Received, <br />July 30, 2008," on file in the Planning Division, are desired. Such modifications <br />may be approved by the Director of Community Development if found to be in <br />substantial conformance with the approval. The Director of Community <br />Development may also refer the matter to the Planning Commission if the <br />proposed changes would be significant. <br />9. Students 12 years and younger shall be escorted into and out of the facility and <br />signed in and out by a parent or supervising adult. <br />10. Orange rubber training "mock" guns are permitted for use for the evening adult <br />classes only. <br />11. The applicant shall secure approval from the Director of Community <br />Development prior to holding tournaments. The applicant shall submit the <br />necessary information to the Planning Division at least two months before the <br />tournament date. <br />12. Parents/guardians shall be provided by the applicant with an acknowledgement <br />form regarding the industrial uses in the surrounding sites within Valley Business <br />Park. The parents/guardians shall sign said form, and the applicant shall keep <br />copies of signed forms on-site at all times. <br />13. Tri-Valley Martial Arts Academy shall obtain a Child Care License from the <br />Department of Social Services by or before June 30, 2009. Said licensing and <br />any applicable documentation from the Department of Social Services shall be <br />provided to the Planning Division. The teacher/employee-to-children ratio shall <br />be determined by the Department of Social Services to ensure that adequate <br />supervision is provided. If it is uncertain that a childcare license can be obtained <br />by this date, it is the responsibility of the applicant to submit a request to the <br />Planning Division at least 30 days before June 30, 2009 to modify the Conditions <br />of Approval. If a childcare license is not procured or a request to amend the <br />Conditions of Approval is not presented to the Planning Division, the use shall <br />sunset and all operations shall cease immediately. The interim use of the site <br />shall not be permitted beyond June 30, 2009. <br />14. If operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to parking, interior noise, <br />traffic/circulation, or other factors, at the discretion of the Director of Community <br />Development, this conditional use permit may be submitted to the Planning <br />Commission for its subsequent review at a public hearing.
