b) An Erosion Control and Sedimentation Plan with Specifica- <br /> tions is not required for: <br /> <br /> 1. Routine maintenance work; <br /> <br /> 2. Work specifically determined by the City Enqineer <br /> to meet the intent of these Erosion and Sediment <br /> Control Guidelines, and to be exempt from regulation <br /> hereunder. <br /> <br />5-04 Application <br /> <br /> The Erosion Control and Sedimentation Plan is to include all <br /> or part of the followinq items as required by the City Engineer <br /> based upon the extent of the soil disturbance or storage: <br /> <br /> a) detailed description of temporary and permanent erosion <br /> and sediment control measures; <br /> <br /> b) surface runoff and sediment yield calculations; <br /> <br /> c) soil engineer's report on erosion potential and <br /> mitigation measures; <br /> <br /> d) typical details and specifications for erosion and <br /> sediment control facilities and location of these <br /> measures; <br /> <br /> e) reve~etation measures; <br /> <br /> f) schedule for installation and maintenance of the <br /> erosion and sediment control measures; <br /> <br /> g) any project to commence after October 15 is to have a <br /> detailed procedure on the methods to be implemented to <br /> control erosion during construction~ <br /> <br /> h) name, address and telephone number (24 hour) of person <br /> or persons responsible for implementation of Erosion <br /> Control and Sedimentation Plan; <br /> <br /> i) developer and contractor shall work daily with the City <br /> to install necessary facilities to ensure compliance with <br /> these guidelines until such time as all facilities as <br /> shown on Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan are <br /> installed. <br /> <br />5-05 Time <br /> <br />All erosion control measures shall be installed by October <br />15 and remain in place until April 15, which constitutes <br />the rainy season. <br /> <br />5.2 <br /> <br /> <br />
