Background Info. & Site Analysis <br />Includes: <br />Photo record of existing park areas and structures. <br />Compilation of existing drawings, reports, memos, etc., relevant to site. <br />Summary of existing & currently proposed uses of facilities. <br />Summary evaluation of existing site elements to remain. <br />Summary of site opportunities and constraints. <br />Note: Evaluations are non-technical, preliminary, of general conditions. <br />2. Program Development <br />"~"1 Includes: <br />Summary compilation of program opportunities. <br />Preprartion of park design program. <br />B. Master Plan Design <br />One meeting with Staff (S2) <br />One Public Meeting (PM4) <br />and preparation of preliminary design plans and exhibits <br />Illustrative Plan & Master Plan <br />Includes: <br />Preparation of site concept sketch plans. <br />Preparation of preliminary building concept sketch plans for bandstand. <br />Preparation of preliminary sketches of park, to clarify concep[s. <br />Preparation of preliminary opinions of construction costs. <br />C.
