LIONS WAYSIDE & DELUCCHI PARKS MASTER PLAN <br />PROPOSAL FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES <br />PROJECT FEES <br />The anticipated fees for the Lions Wayside & DeLucchi Parks Master Plan are based <br />on the Summary Scope of Work. We expect this scope includes some assumptions <br />that will be verified and changed, and that the scope and fee will be refined and <br />revised based on the actual requirements of the City. <br />A. Initial Orientation and Project Introduction $ 26,500 <br />B. Master Plan Design <br />C.
