ATTACHMENT 6 <br />f~ <br />MINUTES <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />Pleasanton, California <br />Small Conference Room <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton <br />Thursday, July 10, 2008 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 3:OOp.m. by Donna Decker, Zoning Administrator. <br />Present: Steven Jeffrey, Applicant; Lisa and Greg Johnston, neighbors at <br />3110 Catawba Court; Nelson Lam, neighbor at 3105 Catawba Court; <br />Donna Decker, Zoning Administrator; and Natalie Amos, Assistant Planner; <br />PDR-715. Steven and Nicole Jeffrey <br />Application for design review approval to regrade the rear yard and provide <br />landscaping in the yard area located at 927 Montevino Drive. Zoning for the <br />property is R-1-65 (Single Family Residential) District. <br />Ms. Decker explained the Design Review and appeal process. <br />Ms. Decker introduced Natalie Amos, Assistant Planner, who then presented the project <br />listed above. <br />Ms. Decker asked that the conditions of approval for the Vintage Heights Tract Map be <br />stated. <br />Ms. Amos stated that the Tract Map Conditions of Approval from 1980, state that <br />evergreen trees be planted along the rear portion of all lots along Montevino Drive and that <br />if removed they be replaced with the like for screening and landscaping along the western <br />property lines in the subdivision. Also, that all grading applications be reviewed by the <br />City Council for their consideration prior to any work being done. <br />Ms. Amos mentioned that Staff did approve a retaining wall and mild grading along <br />the rear portion at 927 Montevino Drive in January 2008. <br />Ms. Decker asked if those approvals were associated with the pool approval that was given to <br />the applicant by Staff. <br />Ms. Amos stated that the pool and retaining wall were sepazate approvals. <br />Ms. Decker mazked the approval that was given by Leslie Mendez for the pool, dated <br />January 2008, as Exhibit 1. <br />ZA Hearing, PDR-715 July 10, 2008 <br />
